Hey guys, this session is getting pretty cool, receiving questions from people of age from 70 to 14 years young ones, I have got a question from a 14 year old boy and almost everyone is having a similar type of question, which is awesome . This 14 year old boy, has got some muscles, what he calls for , I am not sure that agency, body weight, lifting weight, I am not sure. He wants to know how we can have more abs in two weeks. The best trick is to get fast muscles and doesn’t matter if I have to work out for every single day for rest of my life I would have to get my abs so fast, ok.
So, The very first thing I do recommend is to go through videos which are around 100 or more videos available on YouTube, I don’t know how many videos . Lot of my friends just goes through . Go through all the videos one day, if you have one and get some exercises from them and you perform them at your gym . You can more abs, pretty much how you need and then you go in the half in your body and so. We don’t have six packs, we have 8 packs, ok, so, if you want to have Six pack abs is good as eight pack abs.

But in terms of burning fats you could need full body movements, that burn lot of fats, lot of muscle, you can get lot of muscle involved, you have to inclined those and rattling name the game that takes in less calories than, eating less calories than burning. If you are burning 3000 calories a day, then you need to take 2500.
One pound of fat is same to 3500 calories so, in that way it will take you one week one two pound, one 2 pound fat and also know that with that pound of fats you might lose couple of more pounds water and some other stuffs. So you can lose 2 to 3 pounds a week at that, you know 3000 burning 25 coming 2500 calories coming in. I will see that not everyone depends on the resize stuff. Just example, but yes, if you want abs you have to approach as if full body fat loss thing with Weight loss workouts, that is pretty much required, ok.
